Other Details to Note

During winter months, be sure to allow enough room for the snowplows to get by. While uncommon, the city can choose to have vehicles towed if they are obstructing the plows. In the event of heavy snow fall, the plows will leave a "berm" at the entrance to the driveway and if not shoveled off soon after, it will harden and become a solid mound of ice, blocking vehicles in the driveway. We recommend backing into the driveway, so your vehicle is facing the street. The garage door is to remain closed at all times.

House Rules

A signed rental agreement may be required depending on the length of your stay. It will be provided after confirmation of reservation. DURRING YOUR STAY: ■ No smoking or vaping inside or on enclosed porches. ■ Firepit: make sure the fire has been completely extinguished before you go to bed or leave the house. During the summer months, there may be restrictions from the County on outdoor wood burning firepits. ■ If you use the grill, brush the grate off after using the wire brush or scraper and turn OFF the propane tank. ■ If you use the blender, waffle maker or any of the small appliances please clean after use & leave out so we know it was used and can make sure it’s ready for the next guest. ■ All amenities, games, and toys live here and must stay here when you leave. They are provided for you to use during your stay only. We conduct an itemized inventory, in every room, after EACH stay. Guests will be billed for any missing or broken items* (*within reason). ■ For protection of our property and our guests, security cameras are located outside, two in the front of the house facing the street and front porch; and one in the backyard. Do not touch or alter any of our security cameras, Ring doorbell, internet cable and router. ■ Do not unplug anything. There are plenty of open outlets in every room for you to plug into. ■ Park in our driveway (2 cars), or on the street (2 cars), in front of our house only. Please do not park in front of our neighbors' houses. ■ The garage door is to remain closed at ALL times. DO NOT OPEN THE GARAGE. ■ The air mattresses are for reservations of 8 or more people. If your group has less than 8 people and the air mattresses are used, you will be charged an extra $25 per air mattress, as it requires more time and more linens to launder for our cleaning team. ■ This is a residential neighborhood with families and pets, all of whom work and live here in Williams . Please be respectful and courteous. ■ Upon arrival, please read the brief Checkout Procedure located in the white binder with the House Manual and Rules.

We have the best neighbors! Our favorite pup, Toby from across the street, loves it when our guests say "Hi Toby!" Residential, safe neighborhood.

You will have access to the entire house and backyard, with the exception of a locked cabinet and closet in the house and the locked shed outside.

I very highly recommend Erin’s home! It was very clean and everything was even better than as described in the listing. The best part was every little detail that makes a guest feel at home. The incredibly comfortable beds, (that aren’t an afterthought like at so many airbnb’s) and even the kids beds were fantastic! The selection of coffee, teas, and hot chocolate, and all the little amenities one tends to need when traveling, from kitchen spices to a first aid kit and a few extra charging cables made our stay here so convenient. We felt right at home and really enjoyed all the house, and Williams had to offer. Our kids especially loved the game room, and we all enjoyed the backyard and pickle ball court, and when the sun set the star gazing was amazing too! It’s a quick and easy drive to the Grand Canyon too. this is a fantastic home and we highly recommend and would most definitely stay again!

The house was great. We stayed here for our family vacation. The kids room and toys were perfect for the kiddos. The kitchen was stocked well and house was clean. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the yard because of the weather but overall great stay.

Our family enjoyed our stay. It was a quick drive to the main town - with some nice restaurants and the train to the Grand Canyon. It was also great to have so many things to entertain the kids both inside and outside the house.
