Other Details to Note

During winter months, be sure to allow enough room for the snowplows to get by. While uncommon, the city can choose to have vehicles towed if they are obstructing the plows. In the event of heavy snow fall, the plows will leave a "berm" at the entrance to the driveway and if not shoveled off soon after, it will harden and become a solid mound of ice, blocking vehicles in the driveway. We recommend backing into the driveway, so your vehicle is facing the street. The garage door is to remain closed at all times.

House Rules

A signed rental agreement may be required depending on the length of your stay. It will be provided after confirmation of reservation. DURRING YOUR STAY: ■ No smoking or vaping inside or on enclosed porches. ■ Firepit: make sure the fire has been completely extinguished before you go to bed or leave the house. During the summer months, there may be restrictions from the County on outdoor wood burning firepits. ■ If you use the grill, brush the grate off after using the wire brush or scraper and turn OFF the propane tank. ■ If you use the blender, waffle maker or any of the small appliances please clean after use & leave out so we know it was used and can make sure it’s ready for the next guest. ■ All amenities, games, and toys live here and must stay here when you leave. They are provided for you to use during your stay only. We conduct an itemized inventory, in every room, after EACH stay. Guests will be billed for any missing or broken items* (*within reason). ■ For protection of our property and our guests, security cameras are located outside, two in the front of the house facing the street and front porch; and one in the backyard. Do not touch or alter any of our security cameras, Ring doorbell, internet cable and router. ■ Do not unplug anything. There are plenty of open outlets in every room for you to plug into. ■ Park in our driveway (2 cars), or on the street (2 cars), in front of our house only. Please do not park in front of our neighbors' houses. ■ The garage door is to remain closed at ALL times. DO NOT OPEN THE GARAGE. ■ The air mattresses are for reservations of 8 or more people. If your group has less than 8 people and the air mattresses are used, you will be charged an extra $25 per air mattress, as it requires more time and more linens to launder for our cleaning team. ■ This is a residential neighborhood with families and pets, all of whom work and live here in Williams . Please be respectful and courteous. ■ Upon arrival, please read the brief Checkout Procedure located in the white binder with the House Manual and Rules.

We have the best neighbors! Our favorite pup, Toby from across the street, loves it when our guests say "Hi Toby!" Residential, safe neighborhood.

Our family had a magical time in Willliams, AZ. The home was newly renovated and had something for everyone. The game room/Theater room was so much fun. The pool table was also a big hit and the toddler area in the master bedroom was fully loaded with toys. We also had great weather so we could played Pickleball, Bocce and hide/seek. The BbQ area was great and the fire pit was complete with wood. Great location, very central to everything- literally 5 minutes away from everything. Erin was so helpful and responded almost immediately to our communications. The house was fully stocked with the essentials - kitchen was fully equipped and the plenty of linens. I would highly recommend staying here. We stayed to make our Polar Express and North Pole Experience more magical and it did not disappoint.

This place is great for anyone, but especially if you’re traveling with kids. My nieces absolutely loved it—they didn’t even touch their iPods once. It was so nice to see them playing all of the games and having fun the whole time, never bored for a second. A refreshing change, for sure. The back yard was so spacious. Wish we had more time for a bon fire. Thanks for having us!

The house was exactly as described/pictured - and exactly what we were hoping for when we booked. Erin was incredibly responsive and helpful leading up to our stay and at when checking in. After a long day in the Grand Canyon, the place was the perfect spot for our family to unwind before we went to Bearizona the next day. The kids loved the toys and game room (the adults found themselves getting in on the arcade games as well). We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a little cold and rainy so we didn’t get to use the backyard like we planned but the house had so many fun things for the kids to do. My kids loved the little play room in the master suite. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. Great location. It was close to town, the train, bearizona and the deer park. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

This house is incredible! Extremely clean, kid friendly with no clutter and so many extras for all ages. You won’t have to leave for entertainment. There is something for everyone. The backyard is an outdoor activity heaven. The movie theater was great for wind down time at night and the massage chairs were helpful after a long day of activity. Can’t wait to stay here again! This space was amazing. 2 ensuite bedrooms. Backyard with lots of space. Entertainment room with awesome video games and movie room. Kitchen has everything it needs. Hosts were responsive and kind. I loved this house and wished we had more time to spend in it. Totally recommend it to anyone wanting to come to the area. Thanks Erin and our hosts. We were happy, comfortable and well cared for.

Possibly the best house I have rented in 20 years of airbnb. Clean, awesome space. The rooms were all large and comfy. We especially loved the fabulous back yard it was perfect for morning coffee. The pool table and game room brought us lots of joy and a ton of laughs each evening. The memories will always be some of my favorites.
