Other Details to Note

During winter months, be sure to allow enough room for the snowplows to get by. While uncommon, the city can choose to have vehicles towed if they are obstructing the plows. In the event of heavy snow fall, the plows will leave a "berm" at the entrance to the driveway and if not shoveled off soon after, it will harden and become a solid mound of ice, blocking vehicles in the driveway. We recommend backing into the driveway, so your vehicle is facing the street. The garage door is to remain closed at all times.

House Rules

A signed rental agreement may be required depending on the length of your stay. It will be provided after confirmation of reservation. DURRING YOUR STAY: ■ No smoking or vaping inside or on enclosed porches. ■ Firepit: make sure the fire has been completely extinguished before you go to bed or leave the house. During the summer months, there may be restrictions from the County on outdoor wood burning firepits. ■ If you use the grill, brush the grate off after using the wire brush or scraper and turn OFF the propane tank. ■ If you use the blender, waffle maker or any of the small appliances please clean after use & leave out so we know it was used and can make sure it’s ready for the next guest. ■ All amenities, games, and toys live here and must stay here when you leave. They are provided for you to use during your stay only. We conduct an itemized inventory, in every room, after EACH stay. Guests will be billed for any missing or broken items* (*within reason). ■ For protection of our property and our guests, security cameras are located outside, two in the front of the house facing the street and front porch; and one in the backyard. Do not touch or alter any of our security cameras, Ring doorbell, internet cable and router. ■ Do not unplug anything. There are plenty of open outlets in every room for you to plug into. ■ Park in our driveway (2 cars), or on the street (2 cars), in front of our house only. Please do not park in front of our neighbors' houses. ■ The garage door is to remain closed at ALL times. DO NOT OPEN THE GARAGE. ■ The air mattresses are for reservations of 8 or more people. If your group has less than 8 people and the air mattresses are used, you will be charged an extra $25 per air mattress, as it requires more time and more linens to launder for our cleaning team. ■ This is a residential neighborhood with families and pets, all of whom work and live here in Williams . Please be respectful and courteous. ■ Upon arrival, please read the brief Checkout Procedure located in the white binder with the House Manual and Rules.

We have the best neighbors! Our favorite pup, Toby from across the street, loves it when our guests say "Hi Toby!" Residential, safe neighborhood.

You will have access to the entire house and backyard, with the exception of a locked cabinet and closet in the house and the locked shed outside.

This was a fantastic home. So much to do, perfect space and setup for our family of 5 plus Dad. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

The place was very clean and exactly what we were hoping for. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. The host checked on us a few times during our stay to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. It made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We had an absolutely fabulous stay. We all wished we had more time here. There were more amenities than we could fit in one night. We have a family of 7 ages 5-21 and we had more than enough room and something for everyone. They literally thought of everything. They were the most well stocked home we have ever stayed in n top of the amenities. It was clean, easy to find, peaceful area and plenty to do and needed nothing. I would stay here again and recommend to everyone.
